This "Leadership In Sales" stream is designed specifically for those sales management / leadership staff who have the primary role of managing a team of salespeople, and who are responsible for results, developing their salespeople’s skills and mindsets, adoption and implementation of the sales process, CRM and holding them accountable for the quality and quantity of their activities.
